IT Recruiter (French & English Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Recruiter fluent in French and English to join Randstad Digital’s young, dynamic team. The role will manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT positions in the Luxembourg market and for our dedicated European Institutions business unit, operating 100 % remotely from Portugal or Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Source and head‑hunt IT talent (Java/Web developers, Data, BI, Support, Project Managers, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial qualitative screenings and lead first‑round in‑depth interviews.
• Adapt candidate CVs to the specific formats required by the Luxembourg market and European Institutions.
• Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to anticipate market demand.
• Communicate regularly with internal Sales, Delivery and HR teams and provide recruitment activity reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Randstad Digital when engaging with candidates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience recruiting within the IT consultancy sector.
• Prior experience recruiting for European Institutions is a strong plus.
• Full fluency in French and excellent English.
• Proactive, highly organized, autonomous with a critical eye for detail.
• Goal‑oriented, aiming for an average of two hires per month.
