About the role
The Human Resources Data Analytics role at BNP Paribas focuses on producing dashboards, ad‑hoc reporting and quantitative analyses to support HR decision‑making. You will help embed a data‑driven culture within the HR function and provide performance visibility to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Produce dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for HR metrics.
- Create descriptive, predictive and quantitative analyses addressing key business priorities.
- Support and monitor ongoing data analysis, reporting and data‑mining activities.
- Contribute to fostering a data‑driven mindset across HR.
- Ensure data quality and establish a robust control framework.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or Finance.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail and rigor.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
