About the role
The Human Resources Data Analytics team at BNP Paribas is looking for a specialist to produce dashboards, conduct ad‑hoc reporting and support data‑driven decision making across HR functions.
Key responsibilities
- Produce dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for HR stakeholders.
- Create descriptive, predictive and quantitative analyses to address business priorities.
- Support and monitor ongoing data analysis, reporting and data‑mining activities.
- Promote a data‑driven culture within HR and provide visibility on performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and establish a strong control framework.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or Finance.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Fluent English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
