International Recruitment Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to join Atlean World’s remote team. In this role you will source, interview and manage multilingual candidates for BPO positions across Europe, helping our clients build diverse, multilingual workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with the internal recruitment team.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls and interviews to assess suitability.
• Present shortlisted profiles to the hiring managers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO sector is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
