International Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Atlean World is looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to source, interview and manage multilingual candidates for BPO positions across Europe. This fully remote role offers flexibility to organise your own schedule while benefiting from the guidance of an experienced recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct pre‑screening and interview processes to assess suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the internal recruitment team.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
