Key responsibilities

• Work closely with businesses to understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic partner.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who enjoys people‑facing roles.
• Organised, efficient, positive and personable.
• Some experience in an office or professional services environment (internship or placement acceptable).
• Third‑level degree and fluent English.
• Impeccable time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to meet deadlines.
