About the role

Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract the best IT talent.

Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT.
- Results‑oriented and committed to success.
- Ambitious, values relationships and trust.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
