HR Shared Services Manager (EMEA)

About the role

As the Manager of the EMEA Shared Services Centre (SSC) HR Operations, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver seamless onboarding and HR services for professionals across more than 180 countries. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the EMEA SSC HR Operations team located in Poland, India, Romania, and the Philippines.
• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for client‑supported professionals across diverse EMEA jurisdictions.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, background checks, payroll, and benefits enrollment.
• Serve as the operational escalation point and coordinate with legal, payroll, billing, local payroll providers, and benefits brokers.
• Achieve service delivery targets (SLA, CSAT, FCR) and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational pain points into platform feature requirements.
• Provide ongoing feedback to align the platform with complex EMEA regulatory and service delivery demands.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR teams across multiple countries.
• Track record of creating scalable solutions in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Tech.
