HR Partner – Italian Speaker (Shared Service Center)

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon as an HR Partner supporting Italian‑speaking employees and managers across multiple countries. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly first contact for HR‑related queries from employees and managers.
• Guide new joiners from offer acceptance through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory) for all HR operations.
• Strong, clear communication and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with diverse cultures and an adaptable, solution‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HR platforms (preferred).
