HR Administrative - German Speaker

About the role

Airbus Portugal is seeking a German‑speaking HR Administrative professional to join its Rewards team in Lisbon. You will support the Reward Operations department by handling time‑management and personal administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and secure PA / time‑related service requests.
• Collect timesheet data and personal administration information.
• Enter and update employee data in SAP or Workday.
• Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records.
• Respond to PA / time inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Archive administrative documents using e‑filing, Google Drive and Workday.
• Monitor RPA performance for existing applications.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and conversational German.
• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a can‑do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to ethics, data protection and compliance.
