HR Admin (French Speaker) – Time & Absence Management

About the role

We are looking for a HR Admin – Time Management (French Speaker) to join our Time Management team at Airbus Portugal. The position is part of the Hire to Retire (H2R) structure, which handles personnel administration, time administration and compensation & benefits processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and analyse sick‑leave certificates, register them in SAP and archive according to GDPR guidelines.
• Manage “time warnings” by extracting SAP reports and notifying employees, managers and HRBPs.
• Support employees and managers in correcting attendance and absence anomalies in SAP.
• Register specific absences and public holidays for global‑mobility staff in SAP.
• Approve personal data changes in Workday and ensure accurate interfacing with the HR database.
• Handle public‑transport reimbursement requests, company‑car administration and monthly payroll controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferential).
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Experience in administrative functions, preferably within an SSC or GBS environment.
