HR Admin Specialist – French Speaker (Early Career & Temp Workers)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist – French Speaker to join the Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal, focusing on early‑career and temporary worker management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage integrations (hire, extensions, modifications, suspensions, terminations) for trainees, apprentices and temporary workers in Workday and SAP.
• Prepare and execute massive data uploads (EIB) into Workday and handle rejections.
• Extract, analyse and forward payroll data for temporary employees to agencies.
• Act as focal point for HR community, liaising with expertise teams, payroll administrators, HRBPs, recruiters and external providers.
• Answer inquiries via email and ServiceNow, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a Global Business Services environment or similar HR functions.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
