HR Data Analyst

About the role

The HR Data Analyst will join Airbus Portugal's HR Transformation & Digital team to support the evolution of HR reporting and analytics. You will create, run and deliver standard reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR.

Key responsibilities

• Create, run and deliver standard HR reports and interactive dashboards.
• Perform regular data‑quality checks and maintain high data integrity.
• Develop data layouts such as tables, charts and graphs for HR metrics.
• Support HR Business Partners with their reporting activities.
• Promote self‑service reporting through user training.
• Facilitate the transition from SAP BI to Workday reporting tools.
• Ensure security and data‑protection requirements under GDPR.
• Interact daily with Airbus central stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in reporting operations, preferably in HR.
• Structured, self‑organised and collaborative working style.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Business‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including macros and VBA).
• SAP HR reporting (BW, R/3) – a plus.
• Workday Core HCM, reporting and Workday Prism.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Spotfire, Qliksense.
• Python with Pandas for data wrangling and analytics.
• Statistical analysis and data‑wrangling techniques.
