Inclusion & Culture Generalist

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Inclusion & Culture Generalist to join its European Human Capital team. Based primarily in Lisbon, this hybrid role will support inclusion and culture initiatives across all European locations, tracking impact and driving regional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Embed the People Experience Strategy 28 across Europe and collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Drive regional inclusion projects, monitor colleague experiences, and provide data insights to senior leadership.
• Escalate inclusion issues, support Colleague Resource Groups, and promote employee wellbeing programmes.

Required profile

• Experience presenting with MS PowerPoint and using Excel for analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communications.
• Familiarity with AI tools to automate processes and a solid understanding of inclusion topics such as race, gender, wellbeing, or LGBTQ+.
