HR Admin – Personnel Administration (French Speaker) – Temporary

About the role

Airbus Portugal is seeking a French‑speaking HR Administrator to support its Reward Operations team on a temporary basis. You will work within the Hire‑to‑Retire (H2R) structure, handling personnel and time administration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Approve personal data changes in Workday and ensure accurate interfacing with the HR database.
• Issue employer certificates and maintain high‑quality data in Google Sheets derived from Google Forms.
• Manage Long Service Awards, including verification of diplomas/attestations, archiving documents, and providing data for payroll integration.
• Process public transport reimbursements and vehicle mileage claims, communicating with employees on missing or non‑compliant receipts.
• Respond to employee queries via mailbox or ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Perform monthly payroll controls and support early‑career and temporary worker data integrations into Workday.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience in administrative functions, preferably within an SSC or GBS environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a customer‑focused attitude.
