HR Admin French Speaker – Personnel & Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Join Airbus Portugal's Reward Operations team as a French‑speaking HR Administrator. You will support personnel administration, compensation, and benefits processes for a diverse workforce in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Approve personal data changes in Workday and ensure accurate integration with the HR database.
• Manage employer certificates, DPAE declarations, and long‑service award documentation.
• Coordinate company‑car eligibility, allowances, and payroll integration via SAP.
• Validate public‑transport and mileage reimbursements, handling non‑compliant receipts.
• Onboard early‑career trainees and temporary workers in Workday and SAP, including CQPM certification handling.
• Administer time‑keeping, sickness, maternity, and other leave records in SAP, ensuring GDPR‑compliant archiving.
• Monitor salary certificates, resolve payroll anomalies, and issue time‑warning notifications.
• Respond to employee inquiries through mailbox, ServiceNow, or ticketing tools.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in HR administration, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality across systems.
