HR EDM Analyst – German (m/f)

About the role

Join Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) as an HR EDM Analyst supporting German‑speaking employees. You will handle transactional HR data changes, maintain records, and ensure data integrity while providing high‑quality service to a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.
• Deliver physical record and document management services and ensure compliance.
• Resolve employee enquiries using knowledge‑base documents within agreed SLA targets.
• Provide regular status updates, follow up on outstanding items, and gather feedback.
• Educate HR Shared Service Centre users on self‑help tools and functionality.
• Own case management, update resolutions promptly, and escalate complex issues to subject‑matter experts.
• Identify gaps in knowledge‑base documentation and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Experience as an HR administrative assistant, preferably in a shared‑services environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and document‑management tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow for case management (nice to have).
• Experience with Workday HR platform (nice to have).
