French-Speaking Travel Agent – Porto (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

You will support travelers throughout their journey, handling bookings, changes, and inquiries while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings, modifications and cancellations.
• Deliver accurate information on travel policies, products and services.
• Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Record interactions and case outcomes in internal systems with precision.
• Collaborate with internal departments and travel partners to ensure timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency permit.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work fixed shifts in an onsite environment.
