French-speaking Freelance Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a French‑speaking Freelance Recruiter to join its remote team. You will act as a talent hunter, matching qualified candidates with the needs of a variety of white‑collar clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and any channels you prefer.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications and determine fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of talent and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate profiles up‑to‑date in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
