Talent Acquisition Specialist – High Volume Hiring

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume hiring across our Braga studio. You will work closely with Operations, HR and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, source talent and keep pipelines healthy while ensuring quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Source, engage and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, hiring priorities and evolving business needs.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain clear communication and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive talent.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑moving international environment.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight.
