Engineering Recruitment Specialist

About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Tekever, you will support the team in identifying, attracting, and managing top engineering talent, ensuring the company continues to grow with a brilliant workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, specialised platforms, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for engineering positions, from sourcing and screening to offer.
• Partner with People Business Partner and hiring teams to understand role requirements, technical skills, seniority, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive engineering candidates.
• Engage and assess candidates, ensuring a strong understanding of their technical background and fit with Tekever.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to strengthening Tekever’s employer brand within engineering and technology communities.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Management, Psychology or related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
• Interest or experience recruiting engineering and technology profiles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities, especially with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes.
• Resilient, proactive, curious and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C2 level).
• Willing to work in a hybrid regime in Caldas da Rainha.
