Customer Service Representative – French-speaking (Remote, Pet Retail)

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative supporting a pet‑retail client. Working remotely from Portugal, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and enhancing their overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails, answering customer inquiries and processing requests.
• Become an expert on the client’s pet‑related products and services.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service problems, providing clear and accurate information.
• Deliver real‑time guidance that empowers customers to make informed decisions.
• Exceed service expectations to create memorable experiences that customers want to share.

Required profile

• High level of French (written and oral) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center environment is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with pet‑related topics is a plus.
