About the role
We are seeking English‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals to join our international team in Portugal. You will support small and medium‑sized businesses across multiple channels, helping them grow their online advertising presence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide chat, email and phone support to SMB clients in the digital advertising domain.
- Deliver pre‑ and post‑sales assistance, product guidance and tool support to enhance client experience.
Required profile
- Motivated, customer‑focused and solution‑oriented professional.
- Native or near‑native English (C1/C2) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
