Spanish-Speaking Customer Care Specialist (On-Site, Lisbon)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is looking for energetic, client-focused professionals fluent in Spanish to join a retail operations team as an on-site Customer Care Specialist in Lisbon. You will represent major international fashion, lifestyle and consumer retail brands, acting as the direct link between Spanish-speaking shoppers and the brand through order assistance, product guidance and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand for Spanish-speaking consumers, giving personalised guidance on product catalogs, sizing, seasonal collections and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, live chat, email and social messaging on order processing, payment verification and delivery tracking
• Oversee end-to-end resolution of order changes, returns, exchanges, lost shipment claims and store credit issuance using integrated retail tools
• Turn complex order or delivery problems into positive, loyalty-building interactions

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish (C1/C2) with good working English (B2)
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese work/residence permit
• Passion for customer satisfaction, active listening, clear written communication and attention to detail

Required skills

• Comfort with multi-screen software environments and web-based CRM tools (paid training provided)
