Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

A premium consumer brand is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality, personalised service across several channels and helping build trust, engagement and long-term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email and chat, handling both inbound and outbound contacts and identifying customer needs.
• Focus on first-contact resolution and represent the brand's products and services accurately.
• Help customers with orders, product questions, account management and service requests.
• Spot opportunities for retention and soft upselling based on individual preferences.
• Keep accurate case records in the CRM and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or contact centres is an advantage.
• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach and attention to detail.
• Comfortable balancing excellent service with subtle sales-oriented conversation.
• Adaptable team player in a fast-paced setting.

• Full-time (40 hours per week) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00.
