About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a rent‑a‑car brand in Braga, Portugal. You will interact with customers through email and phone, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via email and phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer questions, suggest services, and provide information to meet customer needs.
- Gather new customer information and enter it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Support the client’s brand by delivering a consistent customer journey.
Required profile
- High level of English proficiency (C1 written and oral).
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Capability to identify customer needs and propose quick solutions.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and a strong team player.
