French Customer Advisor – Hybrid (Braga)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Braga. You will be a primary point of contact, delivering professional support via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels. The role offers a hybrid work model with no night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic support through phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and deliver practical, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle questions, concerns and complaints while maintaining a strong focus on satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products and services.
• Document interactions, requests, actions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient investigation and resolution of issues.
• Meet KPIs related to satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality and resolution performance.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or a related role (preferred).
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
