## About the Role
Are you fluent in Spanish and Galician and passionate about helping customers?
Join an international customer support team working with a leading entertainment and streaming platform.
As a Customer Support Expert, you will assist customers with account management, billing questions, technical issues, and questions about products and features. You will be the first point of contact and play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a remote position from mainland Portugal, with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub when required for training, technical setup, or operational needs.

## What We're Looking For
* Fluent Castilian Spanish
* Fluent Galician
* English at B1 level or above
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms
* Empathetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable providing basic technical troubleshooting
* Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule
* Currently living in mainland Portugal or willing to relocate
## Working Schedule
* 40 hours per week
* 8-hour shifts + lunch break
* Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday
* 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

## Training
Initial training lasts approximately 2 weeks and is delivered in English.
Training covers:
* Customer support systems
* Products and services
* Customer management
* Technical troubleshooting
* Practical, on-the-job activities
## Contract
The initial employment contract is expected to have a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of moving towards a permanent employment relationship after two years, subject to the applicable conditions.
Portuguese annual leave entitlement applies in accordance with local regulations.
