Customer Support Representative (French) – Lisbon

About the role

Join a global customer experience company supporting a leading French betting operator. As a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative you will provide Level 1 assistance via voice, chat and email to bettors in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats and emails, addressing account, winnings and login queries.
• Explain winnings, manage user accounts and troubleshoot login issues.
• Identify, document and appropriately escalate complex issues.
• Craft clear, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level French proficiency.
• High school diploma.
• EU citizenship and willingness to relocate to Lisbon if not already based in Portugal.
• Availability for on‑site work on rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
