About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a rent‑a‑car brand in Braga, Portugal. You will interact with customers through email and phone, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email and phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Answer questions, suggest services, and provide information to meet customer needs.

Required profile

  • High level of English proficiency (C1 written and oral).
