Customer Service Representative (French)

About the role

Join a leading European e‑commerce distributor as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative based in Braga. You will handle inbound enquiries, provide order updates and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone regarding order status, tracking and delivery times.
• Provide accurate updates on orders, manage complaints and process changes, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
• Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to follow up on requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (verbal and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
