Crew Training Specialist

About the role

The Crew Training Specialist ensures legal and regulatory compliance while delivering fully trained and qualified flight and cabin crews for NetJets Europe. This role supports Flight Operations by managing licensing, qualifications, and training cycles to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate simulator and flight training events for various crew categories, ensuring compliance with the Operations Manual.
• Organise ground training sessions, including INDOC, GRT, and upgrade modules, in line with safety and quality standards.
• Track and update crew licences, medicals, and qualifications in the Training Management System, preventing roster disruptions.
• Advise crew on licensing matters and liaise with national authorities for applications, renewals, and revalidations.
• Assess training needs for crew returning from leave and support the ATO with qualification renewals.
• Maintain KPIs, generate monthly training activity reports, and uphold safety and compliance programmes.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar aviation training role.
• Previous experience with NetJets crew training or roster management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EASA, UK, and ANAC training regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Training Management Systems.
