IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Consulting)

About the role

Consort Portugal is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Porto office. The role combines strategic recruitment with close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to build high‑performing consulting squads across Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies, building proactive talent pipelines aligned with client demand.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess technical competencies and cultural fit, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Partner with Sales Managers to understand project requirements, match consultants to opportunities, and support onboarding and placement timelines.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and emerging technologies to strengthen Consort’s employer brand and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of successful IT recruitment experience, preferably within an IT consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese technology market and an established network of tech professionals.
• Business‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple assignments, work autonomously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese and English; French is a strong plus.
