Candidate Experience Partner / Recruiter (Portuguese and French or Italian Speaker)

About the role

The Candidate Experience Partner will own the end‑to‑end journey of every applicant, from initial application through shortlisting. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, the role combines sourcing, screening and candidate relationship management to ensure a seamless and positive experience while supporting Siemens Energy’s talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sourcing and conversion data in the ATS to optimise recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to define role requirements and align on hiring processes.
• Identify, attract and engage talent from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants and external sources using innovative methods such as Boolean searches.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including screening, shortlisting, phone/video interviews and timely feedback to Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
• Collaborate as a sourcing business partner to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to strengthen Siemens Energy’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese and French or Italian.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a global or technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from an ATS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
