Business & Data Integration Analyst – HR Analytics

About the role

Join ALEBS, the global business services hub of Air Liquide, as a Business & Data Integration Analyst focused on HR Analytics. You will bridge strategic HR objectives with data solutions, enabling data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR partners to understand strategic needs and co‑design technical solutions.
• Partner with data engineering and IT to build robust, scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Guide cross‑system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across HR tools.
• Monitor Power BI workspace usage, improve report efficiency, and promote data governance best practices.
• Create guides, run workshops, and empower users for self‑service analytics.
• Champion HR data privacy, row‑level security, and GDPR compliance.
• Map data lineage and maintain the central HR Data Dictionary.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics, preferably in HR or a global corporate setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Self‑driven attitude with a focus on confidentiality and ethical handling of HR data.

Required skills

• SQL for complex data querying and transformation.
• Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, workspace setup).
• Data governance principles and metadata management.
• Experience with data lineage mapping and maintaining data dictionaries.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and Jira for Agile delivery.
