Deputy GPO HR Process Transformation & Standardization

About the role

Join ALEBS, the global business services hub of Air Liquide, as Deputy Global Process Owner for HR Process Transformation & Standardization. Based in Lisbon, you will drive the long‑term operational maturity of HR services across Europe, India and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the GPO’s vision into phased global implementation plans and oversee milestone delivery across regional hubs.
• Map current and future‑state HR processes (Payroll, EDM, Total Rewards, Learning, Talent) and eliminate redundancies.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve service delivery and evaluate RPA/AI automation opportunities.
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT (including Workday) to ensure system configuration supports global process designs.
• Define, monitor and evolve global KPIs, SLAs and financial efficiency targets, reporting risks to the GPO.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR, GBS or global business operations experience, with at least 5 years in a transversal leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑year roadmaps and operating in international GBS environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Europe, India and South America, influencing without direct authority.
• University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field; Lean Six Sigma, PMP or change‑management certifications valued.
