HR EDM Analyst - German (m/f)

About the role

Join Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) as an HR EDM Analyst supporting German‑speaking employees. You will handle transactional HR data changes, ensure data integrity, and provide excellent service to internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes.
• Deliver physical record and document management services while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
• Resolve employee enquiries using knowledge‑base documents within defined SLA targets.
• Provide status updates, follow‑up on outstanding items, and gather feedback on resolutions.
• Educate HR Shared Service Centre users on self‑help tools and assist where needed.
• Own cases in the case‑management system, escalating complex issues to subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ServiceNow (preferred).
• Experience with Workday HR system (preferred).
• IT‑savvy with ability to leverage knowledge‑management and document‑management tools.
