Brazilian Portuguese Digital Advertising Client Advisor in Lisbon

About the role

Workster Jobs is looking for a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker to join its digital advertising team in Lisbon. You will act as the main point of contact for Portuguese‑speaking clients, helping them launch, optimise and analyse campaigns on leading ad platforms. This role combines customer service with strategic advice for the Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on digital advertising products and campaign setup for Brazilian Portuguese‑speaking customers.
• Assist clients with optimisation, troubleshooting, performance analysis and ROI improvement.
• Offer best‑practice recommendations tailored to the Brazilian market and current industry trends.
• Handle technical, billing and general enquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional platform features.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, advertising policies and sector regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (C1/native) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Previous experience in digital advertising support, account management or related client‑facing roles is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional attitude with a proactive, customer‑centric approach.
• Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid visa).
