Enovis is seeking a Web Platform Manager to lead the creative team responsible for the design, branding, and implementation of web‑based communications and promotions. This senior position works closely with sales, marketing, technology, and business development to shape the digital presence of the company and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in developing and implementing design concepts, graphic assets, and branding for web‑based communications.
• Develop strategy and execution plans in partnership with sales, marketing, technology, and business development groups.
• Define the overall vision for the company website, including user experience and visual direction.
• Determine staffing and budget requirements for the web‑creative organization.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
• Act as the first‑level manager, receiving objectives and allocating resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Analyze diverse issues, evaluating multiple factors to guide decision‑making.
• Manage a department of professional‑track employees, with possible support‑track direct or indirect reports.
