About the role
Join Marsh's Sales Enablement team in Lisbon as a Proposal & Bid Management Analyst. This hybrid role supports senior strategists in delivering high‑quality proposals and presentations for Health, Wealth and Career solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Project‑manage proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Marsh branding.
- Develop and drive internal work plans, hold pursuit teams accountable to external deadlines.
- Research, draft and edit responses to RFP questions in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
- Partner with graphic designers to create engaging finalist presentation materials.
Required profile
- Degree in business, marketing, journalism or communications.
- 1‑2 years of project‑management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1) and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Qvidian or similar bid‑procurement tools (e.g., Ariba).
