CRM Campaign Management Specialist

About the role

Metyis AG is seeking a CRM – Campaign Management Specialist to join its Digital Commerce team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor campaigns across various channels, delivering timely results.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Act as Business Owner for AEM‑related topics, gathering requirements, prioritising tasks and collaborating with technical teams.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, support platform users and mentor colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AEM and Braze (or similar content‑management and campaigning tools).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or other web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
