Bell Attendant

About the role

The Bell Attendant plays a key part in delivering the high‑standard hospitality that Martinhal Resorts is known for. Working in the hotel lobby, you will greet guests, manage their luggage and provide information to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them during check‑in and check‑out.
• Handle, transport and organise guests’ luggage safely and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Support lobby operations and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
