F&B Guest Experience

About the role

The F&B Guest Experience role is the first interaction guests have with the restaurant and the designer of memorable experiences. It provides exceptional quality and service to guests, managing reservations and personalising the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations across all channels and tailor each booking with guest preferences, special occasions and personalised requests.
• Monitor bookings, waitlists and confirmations proactively to keep the guest journey seamless.
• Allocate tables strategically to create the best atmosphere and collaborate with restaurant, kitchen and service teams for VIPs, regulars and special occasions.
• Prepare daily guest insights (preferences, notes, occasions) and maintain detailed, confidential guest profiles.
• Manage guest flow, waiting times and seating with clear, empathetic communication.
• Recognise occasions and coordinate thoughtful touches such as preferred seating, celebrations and special amenities.
• Resolve issues proactively, follow up on feedback and continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Impeccable appearance, as you are the face of the restaurant.
• Authorization to work in a European country.

Required skills

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.
