Bell Attendant

About the role

Four Seasons Lisbon is looking for a Bell Attendant to join its team. The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon, in a historic building where art-deco sensibilities meet an updated Louis XVI style, with views of the city's rolling hills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Deliver luggage to rooms on check-in and collect it on departure, moving it to storage or the front desk.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Handle all guest interactions with a high level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, staff, events and directions.
• Greet guests passing through the lobby and offer assistance.
• Follow the company's work rules and standards of conduct, and work professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• One year of experience as a Bell Attendant.
• Legal right to work in Portugal.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of the local area.

• Ability to multitask, attention to detail and problem-solving.
