Associate Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Associate Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a strategic talent advisor for Global Supply Chain, Global Quality and other functional areas. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, and design talent acquisition strategies that drive high‑quality, diverse hires.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute talent acquisition plans focused on quality, diversity and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, social media, job boards, internal referrals and third‑party agencies.
• Facilitate recruiting strategy meetings, prepare hiring managers and interview teams, and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Maintain a consistent recruitment process, identify improvement opportunities and drive recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to HR Directors, Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Craft new‑hire offers, advise on market‑based compensation and report compensation trends.
• Partner with COEs on relocation, immigration and compliance matters.
• Ensure all candidate data, job statuses and dispositions are up‑to‑date in the Applicant Tracking System and comply with local guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing requisitions at all levels and partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, diversity recruiting and talent market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
