Global Solution Lead - Learning & Development

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is seeking a visionary Global Solution Lead – Learning & Development to lead the execution and delivery of enterprise‑wide learning solutions across its global network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of Learning & Development solutions across markets, functions and regions.
• Drive service quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee deployment and adoption of the L&D solutions catalogue.
• Partner with Corporate L&D, CBLs and HR IT.
• Lead AI‑enabled learning transformation initiatives.
• Manage governance, escalations and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead large geographically dispersed teams.

Required profile

• University degree and relevant leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in the learning and development domain.
• Proven track record leading leaders and large teams.
• Global stakeholder management experience.
• Strong change and project management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest in AI and future learning technologies.
