Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Devoteam is expanding its talent acquisition team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology roles across its EMEA operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals.
• Build and maintain a network of active and passive technology candidates through creative sourcing, referrals and events.
• Conduct interviews via phone, Google Meet and face‑to‑face to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
• Fill openings promptly, create detailed job descriptions and keep candidate data up‑to‑date.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Promote Devoteam’s employer brand and reputation to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Achievement‑focused, resilient, authentic and trustworthy.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
