Senior ATOSS Consultant

About the role

Accenture Technology is looking for an experienced Senior ATOSS Consultant to lead complex implementations of ATOSS workforce management solutions for enterprise clients in Portugal. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into compliant, efficient system configurations and driving productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ATOSS Workforce Management implementations from kickoff through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops with client stakeholders to analyse HR processes, workforce challenges, integrations and compliance needs.
• Design ATOSS‑based solutions, producing functional specifications, process blueprints and best‑practice recommendations.
• Configure and customise the ATOSS platform, including time models, shift‑planning rules, access rights, reporting, analytics and system interfaces (e.g., payroll, ERP, SAP).
• Collaborate with project managers, client teams and internal delivery teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation and high‑quality outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting decision‑making and ensuring long‑term solution adoption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ATOSS Workforce Management software and deep expertise in configuration and implementation.
• Proven delivery of at least three full end‑to‑end ATOSS implementations, preferably in multi‑site or multi‑country environments.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional specification creation.
• Advanced knowledge of ATOSS modules such as time management, workforce scheduling, demand forecasting, interfaces and employee self‑service.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, labour compliance, payroll integration and workforce optimisation concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English and a valid work permit for Portugal.
