About the role
DualEntry is an AI‑native ERP startup transforming finance. As a Technical Recruiter you will build the talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, Europe and LATAM, shaping how the company hires for engineering, AI/ML, product, go‑to‑market and leadership positions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute a recruiting strategy that aligns with DualEntry’s rapid growth.
- Source, engage and close high‑calibre candidates in competitive tech markets using creative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment criteria and market positioning.
- Own the full‑cycle recruiting process – from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and closing.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience and ensure every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s high standards.
- Build repeatable recruiting processes, pipeline reporting and analytics to identify effective talent sources.
- Develop and promote the employer brand, crafting compelling candidate pitches.
Required profile
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at high‑growth startups.
- Hard‑core work ethic, high agency and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Deep sourcing expertise with a track record of attracting talent beyond inbound channels.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate talent sources and optimise recruiting metrics.
- Comfortable working remotely with overlap to New York City (EST) hours.

- Full‑cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Advanced candidate sourcing techniques (boolean search, talent mapping, outreach).
- Recruiting analytics and pipeline management.
- Employer branding and candidate communication.
