Talent Acquisition Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Condado Collection is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across its luxury hotel portfolio in Puerto Rico. You will partner with property leaders to attract top talent, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for management, professional and specialized positions across all properties.
• Supervise the Recruitment Coordinator to maintain timely, compliant hiring processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, craft descriptions and select sourcing channels.
• Manage candidate pipelines, job postings and employee data using iCIMS ATS and ADP HRIS.
• Source candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs and community partnerships.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee relations, compliance and reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and Puerto Rico labor laws.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and leadership capability.
